Emily, Toby and Henrietta - Meet the Characters is a promotional "Meet the Characters" segment highlighting Emily, Toby and Henrietta.
Plot[]
Emily is working at Ffarquhar Quarry while Mavis takes her coaches for the day. She sees Toby enter the quarry with Henrietta, and asks the tram if Mavis has ever pulled coaches before. Toby bursts out with laughter at this and tells Emily that she doesn't, inquiring as to why she asked. Emily replies by telling Toby that the Fat Controller gave her a seaside special, but she lets Mavis take her coaches instead. Emily is worried and so is Toby, but Henrietta reassures both of them that Mavis is doing a cracking job. She suggests that Emily should relax and enjoy the change of scenery. Toby also suggests that Mavis is just as worried about her trucks as Emily is about her coaches. After this, Emily feels much better and continues to work, though she is puzzled by how Mavis can work in an uncomfortably dusty location.
